Quick question, I know that in PD 4 even when using Smart Guard the source hdd disk still got updated or at least the modification date/time changed resulting in the big .HDD disk being backed up every time by TM. Has this changed in PD5? For example, in Fusion once snapshot are created (manual or automatic) the original VMDK (same as HDD) file is not touched anymore and thus also not picked up anymore by TM. All changes are then written into different files and they would then be backed up by TM. So, has this changed in PD5 or is this still working the same as in PD4? Thanks.
