I spent a LOT of time yesterday working on an issue that I had posted to the thread. The initial post showed up within a half an hour. I then posted a reply with more information and it took over 3 hours to show up. Then two other people responded to my initial thread yesterday and neither of them showed up until today. How is this productive? The information in the thread itself could have proved very useful (http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?p=393163#post393163) but instead of it being delivered to me in a timely fashion, I ended up figuring out how to do it myself, but in a much slower way. This almost turns the forums into a knowledgebase for future users while leaving people who need help right away out in the cold. Just a thought.
