HI, we have a published app, which is basically a menu. when the user chooses a report to be displayed, it is created as an RTF file and MS WORD is run to open it. this all happens on the server. however the first time word runs it takes up to a minute to display a report, every other time it takes les sthan a second! i have disabled AV scanning on the files, in case it was that, but no dice. Any ideas? Russ
