Hi I'm a newbie with Mac, but I already had some problems.
That's why I'll receive a brand new Mac Book Pro from Store.
Do I have to deactivate Parallels, in order to install it on my new Mac, because of the licence??
I would be very grateful, if someone could help me.

If you have Parallels Desktop installed and activated on your old Mac, then in order to move installation to the new Mac, please follow some steps:

    1) Remove Parallels Desktop completely from the old Mac. Please follow the article to remove Parallels Desktop completely from your Mac:

    http://kb.parallels.com/en/9087 <for Parallels Desktop 6>

    2) Once you completely uninstall Parallels Desktop from your previous Mac, please download the latest software built. You may download it from our site

    http://www.parallels.com/download/desktop/

or following direct link (for English version):

    http://download.parallels.com/deskt...sDesktop-parallels-en_US-6.0.12090.660720.dmg

    3) Please install Parallels Desktop using the .DMG package and activate the product using the Parallels Desktop key that you have.

I hope this instructions will help you!
