Complicated 1970 set-up problems
OK so I loaded up Parallels and Win XP home.
All OK, set up a shared drive, worked OK.
Dowloaded Panda for protection.
Then a while later.......I'm prompted by Parallels to update my Parallel Tools, which I did. Now it's all gone pear shaped:
Shared Drive shortcut has dissappeared off the desktop and from my Network Places
Every time I log in I get the Found New Hardware Wizard popping up for a PCI tool?
Every time I tab in and out of Parallels the Start Key has been engaged and the mouse gets stuck
So I shut down Panda and tried to install Parallel Tools again now:
I have the Parallels Shared Folders shortcut back on the desktop, but when I click On it I get this error:
\\.psf is not available. You might not have permission to use this network resource.Contact the administrator of this service to to find out if you have accesspermissions.
The system cannot find the file specified.
Followed by another error:
PTStart.exe - No Disk
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk intodrive D:
Can anyone help?
