I develop using Silicon Labs C8051 microcontrollers, using the SiLabs development environment, and connect the MCU target board using a USB Debug Adapter (connects to the JTAG connecter on the MCU).

I attempted to use this in Parallels, and when I try to map the USB device, it claims that something has taken block control over it. But, I don't have any apps in the Parallels environment, or in my Mac environment that is making use of it. I've tried doing as it says, waiting 5-10 seconds, disconnecting, and reconnecting, but nothing works.

Is their any way to get Parallels to use it, or am I stuck having to have a Windows computer too?

    Thanks.
