Strange. I just downloaded the SigmaPlot demo from www.sigmaplot.com. Upon running the installer, it got to a certain point, and then took out Windows. The virtual machine rebooted itself. Anyone else seen anything like this? I expect something the installer is doing doesn't agree with the VM? Skip
Hey Andrew... I am running on a MacBook pro. Intel VT-x support is enabled. I am trying this again now... waiting for XP to finish scanning the disk.
Strange. I did a chkdsk on the VM's drive. Got back into Windows XP, reran the installer. It got confused with my registration information ( just installing the demo ). I had to back up a few pages on their install wizard, then go forward, and it proceeded to install ok. This may be a fluke with their installer rather than a Parallels issue.
