Shutting down XP ?

    I am running Windows XP on Parallels 4.0 under Leopard (latest OS updates) and normally shut down XP by suspending (on subsequent use I would resume again).

    Just wondering what other users are doing and if it is acceptable to just minimise Parallels (leave it in the tray until using it again) ?

    Is there a need to re-boot Windows XP from time to time ?
