Okay, I moved the VM over to a new Mac. Now I want to establish a new Shared Folder. In order to delete the shared folder that's there, I need to Edit>Virtual Machine. In order to do that, I need to turn off the running VM. When I do that, Parallels quits. ARGH! Okay, can't find it in the Help files, what do I do here?
