Shift right-click in Windows 7

In Windows 7, Shift + right-click gives access to additional functions (e.g. in Explorer)
I have been unable to configure this in Parallels Desktop for the Mac 5.0.9344
I have a Magic Mouse for my Mac.
Even when I configure ctrl-alt for right-click, doing this with the
shift key pressed additionally does not do a right click.
Adding a second mouse with a real right button, however,
solves the problem.
