In Mavericks, and also Mountain Lion, using Parallels 9, Sharing all my Mac disks with Windows fails to list them all, even under psf. They were all shown in Windows 8. I can see the main disk as "host" in psf, and can access the disks via going to Volumes, but this is a pain. I would display what I see, except that your file upload manager seems to also be broken in Mavericks.
