I usually access the internet from one of several WiFi connections. Parallels v3 has been working fine with those. I just bought a Verion USB modem, which works like an "air card" in the USB port. When this is running, Parallels doesn't seem to recognise the Network Adaptor, and if I try to add a new network adaptor, the "shared networking" option is grayed out?! Any ideas?! Mark
montsemark, As I understand, the device should be connected to the Mac side, so that you can share the internet connection to the virtual machine? If so, check that the USB modem is not connected to the virtual machine (Parallels Desktop -> Devices -> USB). Be sure to connect it to the Mac side and that there is internet connection there. This should let you share the internet connection.
