Anyone figured out how to get PSF to work under Vista?

If not, is there another way to get files into Vista from the mac side, or vice versa?

I've had no problems getting Vista to see my MBP drives by using explorer to browse the local network, once I find the folder I just map the drive.

Yeah, that does seem to work, thanks! (I was trying 'map network drive' but kept typing the wrong IP address...doh!)

Update: I've gotten PSF to work under vista by selecting the parallels tools installer and choosing "XP SP 2 compatibility mode" during installation.

The Best fix for Network Shares

The biggest problem that I've seen with Vista file sharing, ie: connecting to shares, is that Vista only uses NTLMv2 by default. The best fix is to fire up "GPEDIT.MSC", and navigate to:

    Computer Configuration>Windows Settings>Security Settings>Local Policies>Security Options

Then on the right side, scroll down to "Network security: LAN Manager authentication level", and change "NTLMv2" to just "NTLM".

I don't like to use the host sharing, I prefer Samba. This has fixed all previous connection issues I have had in the past.
