    Hi,

    I run Windows 7 under Parallels 6.0.12090 on a Macbook pro. I also have a wireless Logitech Revolution MX mouse with Setpoint 6.30.41 installed on my W7 VM. I can use ctr-alt keys to switch between PD an VM so I have access to both Mac and W7.
    Only problem in w7 is, the mouse is not recognized by setopint. The setpoint "mouse" tab containing all the extra logitech functionality was not there. It took me some time to find the solution: dedicate the mouse to the PD VM by enabling "devices:usb:usb receiver #xxx" (xxx being a nr). Now the w7 setpoint cp recognizes the mouse and shows all options.
    But the mouse pointer is invisible. W7 reacts to all mouseactions but just does not show the pointer. I fixed it by enabling "pointer trails" with the shortest delay in w7 mouse control panel.

    So summing up:
    When the mouse is shared between Mac and W7 I can use ctr-alt to toggle mouse between Mac OS X and w7 but I have no setpoint functionality;

    Problem:
    When I assign the mouse to the VM I have setpoint functionality. Ctr-alt still works because I didn't assign my keyboard to VM, still being shared between Mac and VM.

    But If I use ctr-alt the mouse pointer stays confined to the VM. I cannot use it in Mac OS X until I release it from the VM. I have to use the Macbook Pro mouse pad to access the Mac OS.

    Questions:
    So is there a way to use both the Setpoint functionality and share the mouse between VM and Mac?
    Is there a solution for the "invisible pointer" feature in W7 short of enabling pointer trails?

    Marc

    Have you gotten this to work properly? I have tried getting both the Magic Mouse and the Logitech Performance MX mouse to work and none of them will work in Parallels running Win7 Ultimate. The mouse will work, but none of the extra functionality of the mouse will work in Win7 (i.e., forward, back, left/right scroll, etc.). Any help would be appreciated.
