i'm running a debian sarge with a 2.6.17-bigmem-smp kernel from backports.org on a dell 2900 with two Xeon core2 and 8GB Ram.

whenever i try to start a guest os parallels segfaults
the product is licensed and activated additionaly the audio and usb support for guest os are disabled.
