Since you seem to be the maintainers of the gentoo ebuild for parallels, I figured i'd report this here as well as in http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=115751
I'd like to request that you create a seperate ebuild for the parallels-modules. At the moment, gentoo's automated system for rebuilding modules after a kernel upgrade (module-rebuild) does not work with your modules because they are not built within portage.
