    Hi,

Simply, we have many problems in sending mails to some mail servers as we were getting the following errors:

    a) Reason: 501 5.7.1 <mail>... Sender IP must resolve

    b) Remote SMTP Server Returned: 550 No RDNS entry for
    74.115.206.117

    C) 451 Resources temporarily not available - Please try again later
    [#4.16.5]...........etc

    d) The domain of the sender doesn't exist

I do appreciate if one of Parallels experts can answer me quickly!

    Thanks

I have also a problem in sending sending mails to some mail servers recently,My usual problem is that the domain of the sender does not exist.[IMG]

The errors are clear; the IP address of the SMTP sender must resolve back to the domain name. These rules are imposed by the receiving SMTP server.

These restrictions are commonplace now, as they help reduce spam volume.

Be sure that the mapping of domain to IP and IP back to domain name exists, and is consistent.

This is not a parallels issue.
