I have a family member in another state that needs support. She's on XP, I'm on a Mac and have Parallels XP available. I need to be able to control her screen and machine from mine. I do this for friends with iChat but am unsure of the best solution from Mac to PC or from Parallels to PC. She can't configure ports but could get it to a person who could. If there is a clean Mac to PC solution all the better. If it's easier PC to PC then fine, but I am also ignorant of port setting through the PC or if that would just go through my Airport router. Any tips or pointers to software solutions would be helpful.
