Screen resolution issue after upgrading to Parallels 3 with Vista Ultimate

I just upgraded to Parallels 3 and I can't seem to get Vista to full screen resolution. I tried to add in the resolution on the config page but it still does not adjust. This was automatic when I set up Parallels 2 so I am a bit confused.

Any help appreciated.
