Having seen the many requests for full screen, it surprises me that no one has requested a drag corner (the lower right) where you could on the fly decide how large a window you want for any particular task.
I have several times in the resolution threads, but it was pretty much ignored. I used Win4Lin9x for years, and they had implemented this. It was great because you didn't have to fiddle around with a long list of resolutions to fit the window best on your desktop, and still have to compromise.
The scalable screens was how my copy of VPC worked and I agree it was nice and enabled me to fit it to my needs - I agree this would be a great feature to add, if possible
