SAML configuration with Azure

I have used SAML with Azure with other products without fail and pretty straight forward. With Parallels, I am having issues it seems with my Active directory attributes. See the error:
Logon using SAML failed. Error: Failed to match AD User. (0X00000006)

I have debugged my browser to see what attributes are being passed and made sure the attributes in Azure matched to my Parallels SAML configuration. Pretty straight forward but still something is not matching. I can provide more info if needed, wondering if anyone has struggled with this and found a fix.
