I travel a lot, so I have Parallels on my Mac Pro desktop and on a MBP I travel with. WHenever I travel I copy the VM from the MP desktop to my MBP. When I get home I copy the VM back to the desktop. I do not use both machines at the same time. Lately, since upgrading, which ever machine I copy the VM to tells me it has to reregister the VM and names it again, incrementing the VM name. Since this hasn't happened before upgrading, I'm assuming it has to do with the new version. Is there a way or setting to just have the MBP and desktop just recognize the VM and go with it as it did before version 6? Getting up to virtual machine(28) is a pain.
