In earlier versions of Parallels when I was in coherence mode and I clicked the parallels icon in the dock it would display the parallels menu option on the top menu bar of my mac. With version this feature is gone. Is there a setting I am missing? The reason I am asking is not all the times when I put a cd in it will prompt me and I have to manually disconnect it from the VM via the top menu bar. Thanks
yes, it's an option now - either coherence or crystal. 1. Select "Virtual Machine" from the main menu, select "Configure..." 2. Select the "Options" tab 3. Select "Coherence" from the list. 4. Uncheck "Use Crystal Mode" to go back to the old "Coherence" mode.
