Run VM created on Parallels/Mac in the version for Parallels/Windows

    I'm considering to move the virtual machine I've created in Parallels/Mac 5 to my Windows 7 (64 bit) on the same iMac. I'd like to use Windows 7 as a host and the VM from OS X as a guest.

    Parallels for Windows is version 4, can I nevertheless run the VM created with Parallels for Mac version 5?
