Does anyone know how I can revert to an old version of parallels. I am currently using the 3188 build and am having the same crashing problems that many people have posted here. Until parallels fixes this problem I think I am better off running the old stable version of Parallels, but I don't have it on disc to reinstall. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

I just keep all my old dmg files

but 3188 seesm ok to me
    and has not crashed yet

    are you shutting down nicely?

    first Win XP

    then the Mac
    best not to suspend WinXp

as it is yesterday I ran the winsdows repair tool from microsoft and it found and fixed over 250 registry errors

I think a lot of this crashery is a Win Xp problem

    do your house keeping
    ante virus ect ect

That's an interesting comment. XP doesn't "know" that it's running in a virtual machine. It doesn't "know" when it's suspended. I can't think of any reason not to just suspend XP. I do.

Would you provide me with a link to the windows repair tool you mentioned? Couldn't locate it on their web site.

    Thanks in advance.

I always used to use Norton Uilities to repair windows but I cannot
    afford to buy it

This one tumed up as a Yellow shield button - PS Health - on the windows live tool bar
see http://toolbar.live.com/ which I installed on the VM to get at
    their maps and images

I use the google tool bar and mostly in Firefox
