Hi All, I have been using Parallels on my MacBook Pro now for 2 years. Downloaded it through App Store and the Pro Edition license key is given by my IT dept. Yesterday my IT team had to do installation of a fresh copy of macOS Sequoia 15.1.1 and after all of their work was complete, I downloaded parallels again through App Store and logged in with my account. It shows my subscription and license key which is valid until Sep 2025 but it doesn't let me restore it and continue using the application. Attached is the screenshot of error that I am getting since yesterday morning. Can someone advise what to do or how to get in touch with Parallels support team?
