Long story short - I had a installation of Parallels (XP) running fine on a new Macbook. The Macbook went south and Apple replaced it. I had saved the Library->Parallels->WinxP files (about 3 gig worth) for the replacement. I now have the replacement and have installed my version of Parallels and copied back the old VM. The VM is recognized and starts, but has a delay on the Windows start up screen (which I assume is the failed attempt to establish network connectivity), then after start up I can not access the network. Network adapter says limited or no connectivity. I have installed Parellel Tools & no affect. Is there some easy fix/something I forgot? Maybe something related to a different MAC address on this new Macbook? Any advice would be appreciated. JB
