I'm trying to live stream with Parallels on Tik Tok but I found out that I have to install all the games on Paralles, so to avoid this I was planning to stream from OBS on my Mac M1 and turn the scene into a virtual camera but Parallels find ONLY my Logitech Brio webcam not the OBS virtual camera.

    Suggestions?

Also joining in here for an update. Seems like the only viable way of streaming to TikTok from OBS on Mac.

Same issue here. Would like to capture video output from Serato, but Parallels also does not detect windows on Mac it seems. OBS Virtual camera seemed like another path to get Serato video output into TikTok Live running inside windows inside of Parallels.

    Hi everyone,

This issue is known to our Development Team and they are looking into it.

As soon as we have an update, we will provide one.

I can't see the OBS Virtual Camera inside Windows Guest. Is there any update?

There are discussions in the forums here that date back many years. Doesn't seem like they're going to ever support it otherwise they would have by now.

The integration is live in Parallels Desktop 20.3.0 :)

I just updated PD to 20.3.0 and updated the tools which required a restart of my VM. OBS works as advertised, but it's the only one. I was using OBS as an example in my request, but upon testing other virtual cameras such as BOOM, it doesn't see anything but OBS. I only see my physically-connected Insta360 Link camera, iPhone camera, and OBS virtual camera. None of my other virtual cameras.

So now if I want to use BOOM (or something else), I have to launch OBS and add BOOM's virtual camera to OBS and have two pieces of software running. OBS takes more to set up so I would prefer that PD supports *any* virtual camera not just one. Thank you for listening and fixing this.
