Requirements for Windows 8

Hey,

I was thinking about installing windows 8 on parallels. I had a few questions though. I currently have Parallels version 7. If I wanted to get Windows 8, should I upgrade to Parallels version 8 and install it? Also, can you even install windows 8 on parallels version 7? I have a Mid 2010 Macbook Pro 13 inch with 4 gb memory and a 2.4 gHz intel core 2 duo. Would this computer run Windows 8 efficiently on parallels?
