I'm reluctant to send new customers by email, their Plesk Control Panel, and FTP, username and password. Such an email would contain everything a hacker would need to log-in. It would be useful if the log-in screen had an option to email a one-time log-in link, valid for 15 minutes. This would let new customers set-up their own log-in. Of course their email would have to be a valid customer email. To be extra secure, this could be a two-step process. (1) Customer puts in a request (2) Server emails customers "are you sure" (3) Customer confirms (4) 5 mins later, customer gets log-in link. Step 2 allows customers who receive their email in more than one locations (eg. via Google Mail), to decline and lock-down the server for 30 mins.
