Copy-pasting from the Mac to Windows doesn't fix line feeds - this isn't obvious when posting to Word or Write because they do it for you, but it is obvious in Perseus SurveySolutions and I think in Notepad. Fixing this small imperfection would be great. Also, I don't know if it's just me, but I've found the shared folders to be unreliable, and Parallels seems to interfere with network use...
I think the issue lies in the differences of carriage return / line feed (CR/LF) data bytes between the two OSes. If you ever opened up a text file created from Mac TextEdit and open in Windows Notepad you'll note that the line breaks were not properly interpreted. The other way around isn't a problem, however. Basically, Parallels may need to transparently convert the CR/LF bytes when crossing from the Mac side to Windows.
Well, yes, absolutely. The other way around is sometimes a problem too, depending on what program you dump it into. I'm also having an odd problem wtih spaces, believe it or not, getting screwed up going from Perseus SurveySolutions into BBEdit and Dreamweaver.
