Renewed subscription does not show on Dashboard/cannot update Parallels on Mac

    Hi,
    My subscription expired in January 2024 as the auto-renewal option was ticked off.
    To renew the subscription I opened Parallels Toolbox on my Mac and followed the link. However, I am not able to see the new subscription on my Dashboard nor am I able to run my Desktop Parallels as it keeps saying that I need to renew my subscription.
    Could you please help with this?
