Hi, i just got today a yearly renewal of Parallels, something I thought I had removed as I only tried it a year ago and think i removed mynaccount and so on. Anyway if thats on me, I now have paid a yearly license but cant use it. The license code I got a year ago does not work, it says license registered to another account. And I have two accounts, for some reason, but neither work. And the email this was sent to and paid paypal, shouldnt that my the account the license is for? Reference no 423868010
