A couple of weeks ago, my automatic renewal was done at I think, $119 for my subscription... TODAY, I received an offer to renew for a year, at $45 dollars... but I've already renewed!?! How do I get the lower price... EVERY YEAR instead of the full price? It seems that loyal long term customers such as me should be getting the lower price when renewing annually? Is there a way to get a refund?
