I am receiving a 30 Day renewal reminder when I no longer have an active subscription. Is this a legitimate email? Or is this a spoofed phishing attempt to get my account credentials? I can confirm that I no longer have an active subscription - just two (2) permanent licenses. Please Advise why I am receiving these "reminders".
Hello @EthanM10 , Thank you for your feedback. We can confirm that the email you received is legitimate. It was triggered because your Parallels Desktop Pro Subscription had expired, and Auto-Renewal was still enabled at the time of expiration. To prevent any further renewal reminders, we have disabled the auto-renewal setting on our end. You will not receive any further renewal reminder emails. Thanks!
