Renewal Payment is not re-activing subscription

    I needed to get to work, and I open Parallels and see license is expired. Whatever. I go to pay, done, receive an email that my subscription is "Active".

    The Parallells app says my license is still expired.

    And because I dont have a subscription, I can't contact support directly. I think, maybe clicking "Try Free for 14 days" will work. Nope! It says I'm already using the trial version - except the trial version won't let me boot my VM. Now my VM is being held hostage until I can get someone from this forum to help me figure out is going on.

    What kind of hell is this?

    Heres the email I received. Is this not good enough to reactivate my license?

    I finally received a PayPal receipt and the license activated. Sheesh, a little more detail in the status of my order could have helped.

    Same issue i am facing. I paid money and still my desktop is not working. Could you please help me?
