Renewal is not accepted

    Ji all, my company did purchase a licence renewal ( I can send you the invoice) but in my parallels profile it says the the licence has expired. Who can help ? Many thanks in advance

    Hi, I am experiencing the same issue. I got this message "You have successfully updated your payment details for your subscription. You will receive an email with further information about your payment at the appropriate time." but when I run Parallels again it says may license is expired. I got this as my subscription number: #S50317262

    Works now. I guess it takes 5-10 minutes for charge to be processed :D
