Remove references to Windows programs in OS X.

    How can I remove references to Windows programs in OS X? References appear for example in Spotlight and under default browser setting in Safari.

    I've tried to disable "Share Windows applications with Mac" in Parallels settings, to no avail.

    I don't have Applications (Parallels) folder.

    The programs reside in a Windows 7 VM in Parallels 7. I'm using OS X 10.8.2.
