remotely accessing Android from Windows

I installed parallels access on an Android tablet, and in my windows box (windows 10). But I want to control the Android tablet from Windows, not the other way around. Who would want to remote control a big screen from a small screen? How do I do this?
Is this even possible? Specifically, I want to capture sound and send my microphone from Windows to Android.
