    hello.
im having trouble using remote assistance from windows live in parallels

    the error msg:
A Remote Assistance connection could not be established. You may want to check for network issues or determine if the invitation expired or was cancelled by the person who sent it.

what should i do now to enable remote assistance in parallels?

    Hello Nabilishes,

Are you using Bridged Ethernet? Please check in Configuration Editor, Network Adapter section.

    Best regards,

yes ive already changed it to bridged.
and ive forwarded the port in my router page while using MAC OS.both UDP and TCP to 3389

and i also have forwarded the port in the shared networking settings in Parallels. Settings are like below

Port type: TCP/UDP (i did for both)
    Incoming port: 3389
IP Address: got this from the windows xp command prompt while typing ipconfig /all
    Port: 3389
