Greetings. I've purchased a license for Parallels9 but I can't find it anywhere in my emails (if it was ever sent to me that is). Need to install Parallels9 again after formating my hard drive. Where can I get the license I bought (It isn't listed anywhere in my account)? Thank you in advance.

I am having the same issue. I purchased Parallels9 years ago and just reformatted my HD. I cannot find a serial number or a way to download the software again. I also show NO licenses in my profile...not cool.

Thank you for reseting my Key. I registered it and have tried following the instructions given at the link provided. I am having a problem finding the Parallels 9 download link. It does not look like it exists. I can only find Parallels 10. Please advise. Thank you!

SO, I found this download link (http://kb.parallels.com/5802) but after downloading v 9.0.24. I try and install and get an error that says: Parallels Desktop can be installed from a disk image only. Please open the Parallels Desktop DMG file and try again.
I did open it via the DMG/Disk image. in fact the disk image show an "install" file and thats it.
    Please advise. Thank you.

    Thank you!

@JacobP2 did you try to download it again? May be there was some interruption during the installation and your file is not full.
Please try to download again and check.

Hello, Yes. I have downloaded the file twice on 2 different computers. I can also guarantee that I am installing with "admin" permissions (root 0 rights).

  8. Hello JacobP2, please try the steps below:
-> run repair disk permission on your Mac machine by following the steps.
-> Please clear all the history and cookies in your browser
-> Use the link to download Parallels Desktop 9.
-> You can also try with a different browser.
-> Install Parallels Desktop 9 and let us know how it works.

Didn't work. I do agree that the problem seems to be with the download file. Here is the log from Terminal when I try and install. I get problem 15380 at the end of this log. I've sent two error reports to Parallels as well.
