    Environment:
    • Parallels Desktop: 26.2.2 (57373)
    • macOS: Tahoe 26.3
    • Guest OS: Windows 11 (Parallels VM)
    • Clipboard sync: Bidirectional (enabled)
    • "Isolate Windows from Mac": OFF
    Issue / Summary:
After taking a macOS screenshot, the floating thumbnail (bottom-right preview) can no longer be dragged & dropped into the Windows 11 VM (e.g., Teams/Outlook/Explorer/etc.).
Drag & drop integration itself works because dragging a saved PNG file from macOS Desktop into Windows works normally. The problem seems isolated to floating thumbnail → Windows transfer only.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Take a screenshot on macOS (Cmd+Shift+4 or Cmd+Shift+5; floating thumbnail appears).
    2. Try dragging the floating thumbnail into any app inside the Windows VM.
    3. Drop fails (thumbnail cannot be "picked up" / Windows doesn't accept it).
    Expected:
Floating thumbnail can be dragged into Windows apps as an image.
    Actual:
Floating thumbnail cannot be dragged into Windows VM.
    Workarounds that do work:
    • Control+Command+Shift+4 → paste in Windows with Ctrl+V
    • Save screenshot to Desktop (Cmd+Shift+5 Options → Save to Desktop) and drag the resulting PNG file into Windows (works)
    Impact:
This increases steps for frequent screenshot sharing (productivity regression).
If needed, I can provide a screen recording and a technical data report ID.
