registration difficulties with Parallels V6

    I have filled in your online form about 5 times to no avail. I registered my v6 update as you can see from the email you sent me, but when I use the program or try to get the updates, I get a message that it isn't registered. If I try to re-register it it says my activation number is no good, so I can't get the updates etc. I've been trying to get this sorted out for months. PLEASE help. Thank you, Colleen Zelenka. PS. I upgraded from Version 3 & both activation numbers show up under my registrations.
