Hello. Around this time last year, I have purchased a 1-year Parallels subscription. However, I have stopped using Parallels in the last few months, and was expecting the subscription to simply run out after 1 year. Today, I noticed that I was charged automatically for another year. Given that I am not using the product anymore, is it possible to cancel my subscription and process a refund? Thank you in advance.
