Refund request

    CBA parallels charged me of a auto-renewal subscription that was already cancelled prior. My payment for the renewal was due October 29, 2025, but it proceeded using my expired credit card. The purchase occurred Nov 12, 2025 but the card used expired October 2025. I have purchased a different subscription with my new card already. Please, I want to refund. Invoice number: AKD-736122958662
