Submitted refund request on 12/15 Ticket ID: 5549893. Have received no update. Auto-renewals should be conveyed to the subscriber before authorizing a renewal charge. It seems most users have similar experiences as I have, we subscribed a year ago and barely used it within the months leading up the renewal and weren't monitoring it as an active auto-renewal subscription. I am extremely disappointed in being forced to submit a ticket through a chatbot and never have any communication with a real human being to ensure my issue is actually being addressed.
