Hi, I have had Parallels for a number of years and forgot that it was set up to automatically renew. The renewal happened today, and I am writing immediately after noticing the charge. I haven't used the service for several months, and at this time I don't need the subscription. I would like to kindly request a refund for this recent renewal. Many thanks, Maks
