Refund request

    Hello, I bought the Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year) a couple of days ago, but I no longer need the software I tried to request a refund but the system kept me in a loop with a chatbot and I haven't received any further communication. Can I please request a refund here?
