Refund request

    Hi Parallels Support,

    I ended up with two active subscriptions by mistake. The first one (ref. #499087709) failed to renew because I didn't have enough funds, so I thought it was canceled and bought a new one (ref. #502389699) since it was cheaper.

    Later, when I had enough balance, the original one renewed successfully. Now I have two subscriptions but only need one. Please refund either of them.
