Refund request

Regarding reference #498905601(Cleverbridge reference number),
I have been a long-time user of Parallels and subscribed to your service a year ago. Unfortunately, I overlooked the automatic renewal setting, and today my subscription was renewed without my intention.
Furthermore, I noticed that the cost of the renewed subscription is significantly higher than the upgrade options currently available, which I find it doesn't make any sense and is unreasonable.
Given that the renewal occurred today, I kindly request the cancellation of this renewed subscription and a full refund of the charged amount. so that if possible, I can upgrade parrallel with discounted price
